Payment Options

Medicaid -
  • Personal Care Services (PCS) - In-home services are covered by Medicaid. If you have a medical condition that requires on-going care, we will contact your physician for approval.

  • Community Alternative Program (CAP) - This program is coordinated by the Dept. of Social Services for Stanly County and we receive our authorization to provide this service to individuals from them.

Private Insurance- Many Long Term Care Policies will cover in-home services instead of placing an individual in a Skilled Nursing Facility. If you believe you have coverage, we will be glad to assist you in confirming coverage and will bill your insurance promptly and efficiently.

Veteran's Benefits- If you are eligible for in-home aide services through the VA, we will coordinate services and payment with them.

Private Payment- We offer competitive rates for our services:

  • $15.50/hr - Home Health Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant)
  • $14.50/hr - Homemaker (Experience Non-Certified Aide)

Our Nursing Supervisor determines upon admission what level of care is needed.  There is no charge for this assessment or the quarterly assessments that are made.
