Services Offered by TLC At Home
Just give us a call at 704-986-4852. Our professional staff will schedule an appointment for a Registered Nurse to visit your home. The RN will meet with the client and family to determine what type of care needs to be provided and what hours are requested. Once services begin, the RN will make regular visits to assess the client's condition and supervise our staff.

In-Home Aide
The RN will determine what level of care the client needs during her
assessment. Based on the client's condition and the tasks that are to
be assigned, she will determine if we will need to send a Certified
Nursing Assistant or an experienced Homemaker.
Task Assignment
Personal Hygiene - assist with bathing, grooming,
toileting
Medical Monitoring - Pulse, blood pressure,
medications
Assistance with Mobility - Transfers from bed to
chair, assistance with walking
Meal Preparation - Menu planning, shopping,
preparation
Home Management - Incidental household chores,
laundry, bill paying
Shopping - Weekly errands and shopping for essentials
Facility Services
We can provide services in the hospital or nursing home to assure that the client is getting the one on one care needed. We can go for just a few hours at at time or up to 24 hours a day, you decide.
